Sachin has 28 years of global experience building sustainable businesses bringing together consulting, technology and outsourcing. He has delivered complex transformation programs while working across culturally diverse teams within retail and commercial banking, payments, wealth management, regulatory compliance and general insurance domains. In his role at Fiserv Global Services, Sachin leads delivery across the portfolio including Card Services, Bank and Credit Union Solutions, Output Solutions, Bill Payment and Digital Payment Solutions, Financial Risk Management, Digital Channels and Fiserv’s International Group. Sachin’s last role was with IBM Services as Global Managing Partner and Vice President. He led strategy, offerings, sales growth, operations and third party relationships globally for IBM's clients in relation to GCCs. Prior to IBM Services, Sachin worked in leadership roles at Capgemini, Tech Mahindra, and Atos Syntel. His career demonstrates an outstanding record of managing IT delivery teams across Asia, Europe and America. Having worked in global markets, he has been awarded for his contributions on growth, productivity, automation, and excellence in sales.
