Dilip Venkatachari is the Chief Information Officer at U.S Bank, responsible for the Bank’s global technology infrastructure, capabilities and services, and for ensuring digital & technology transformation.
Dilip has a long track record of successfully leading technology-based teams to deliver high-impact, web-scale solutions and build technology and data-driven businesses, particularly in banking and payments. Dilip held senior executive roles at Google and PayPal/eBay; and worked at McKinsey, where he helped banks accelerate their digital transformations. Dilip also co-founded and led multiple startup companies: Compass Labs, CashEdge and CommerceSoft.
Dilip holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School and master’s degree in electrical engineering. Dilip also holds more than a dozen U.S. patents in the fields of analytics, financial transactions and risk management, mobile, customer interaction technologies, and digital marketing.
