I am currently a Senior Product Manager at Compass where I lead the strategy and execution of a product line related to data that powers multiple platforms/products such as CRM, Search, Marketing Centre, AI etc. at Compass. I work with multiple scrum and cross-functional teams in a global model with teams distributed across India, US, China and remote.

Prior to this I spent eight years at Salesforce and Deloitte. Here my focus was on building CRM and Health-tech products for US Healthcare providers and payors - with a focus on utilising highly complex, diverse, distributed data. These products helped US payors bring down cost of healthcare and powered providers to become more effective at population health management and patient centricity using various analytics and productivity tools. I started my career as a Data Engineer with a focus on Data Management, Warehousing, Analytics, Metadata Management, MDM and Business Intelligence.
