Shalini Sankarshana is an established Fintech leader, focused on building global enterprise Fintech systems. She has built and run products for worlds largest banks, broker dealers, regulators, exchanges/marketplaces, asset managers and hedge funds across the value chain of the Financial Services ecosystem. She has been at the confluence of Finance, Technology and SaaS marketplaces for the last 20+ years, building and running large, global teams of passionate professionals. Product management and product thinking has been at the heart of her journey so far. Serving clients across North America, Europe and Asia Pac, she has a deep appreciation of nuances of markets and at the same time, and also been at the forefront of leading industry level thinking of standardized business models especially in the trading and investment management space.
