Edtech has emerged as the savior in the Covid world globally and in India as schools / colleges shut down and education shifted to a remote world. Edtech companies that were witnessing growth in the pre Covid era, suddenly saw demand shoot up exponentially. New ventures were funded, existing startups quickly ramped up their offerings and solutions embedding a much broader ecosystem. As the vaccine becomes a reality and people start planning for the post covid or post vaccine world, its important to crystal gaze into what is the future of the classroom, how will edtech and offline education co-exist and what are the opportunities for innovation in this space. This fireside chat explores the different facets of edtech innovation and how India can redefine how education is delivered and consumed.
